Cardio & Yoga
Head out for a 20 minute run – fast or slow – get in your jog. Then head out to a yoga class or complete the yoga flow here.
Wednesday
Lower Body

Thursday
Full Body
Head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio. Then, get in the full body workout below:
