Challenge of the Week

Using 5 ingredients or less (not including spices/seasonings), try creating a healthy lunch bowl for this week! One we love is a little mango, spinach or arugula, black beans, sweet potato, and liquid aminos or tamari as a dressing.

Happy Monday! Complete the full body workout below:

Tuesday

Cardio & Core

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (jog, walk, bike, swim, etc.) and then complete this core workout.

Wednesday

Yoga

Wake up and get in the yoga flow below:

Thursday

Upper Body

Head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, jog, bike, etc.), and then complete the upper body workout below:

Friday

Lower Body

Happy #FairburninFriday! Get in this lower body workout and enjoy your weekend!

Saturday

Active Rest

Head out for a 30+ minute walk today. You can make it a long walk to grab a coffee, go along the beach or a trail, or just around your town.

 

Sunday

Sunday Runday

Head out for a long run today, and this time, try going over your usual distance – even if it’s just 0.1 mile over!
