Your new week of free workouts and weekly challenge is below! Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!
Challenge of the Week
Your challenge this week is to just get outside as much as possible! Even if it is a quick walk here and there to break up your day, take advantage of the warm weather.
Monday
Memorial Day HIIT
Happy Memorial Day! Complete the full body HIIT workout below (see full workout details here).
Tuesday
Cardio & Upper Body
Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (jog, walk, bike, swim, etc.) and then complete this upper body workout.
Wednesday
Cardio & Core
Complete three rounds of the exercises below. In between each round, add 30 seconds of mountain climbers!
Thursday
Lower Body
Set your watch, and climb up and down a set of stairs for 10-15 minutes. Then complete the workout below:
Friday
Yoga
Happy #FairburninFriday! Head out to a yoga class or try the flow from your nutrition plan.
Saturday
Active Rest
Head out for a 30+ minute walk today. You can make it a long walk to grab a coffee, go along the beach or a trail, or just around your town.
Sunday
Sunday Runday
Head out for a long run today, and aim to run a 5k!
