Your new week of free workouts and weekly challenge is below! Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!

Challenge of the Week

Take 5 minutes in the morning or evening to relax and stretch.

Monday

HIIT

Happy Monday! Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then get in the workout below:

Tuesday

Upper Body

Check back today! A brand new upper body workout will be posted!

Wednesday

Yoga

Head out to a yoga class today, or complete the yoga flow from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? Try this morning flow.

Thursday

Lower Body

Head out for a 10-15 minute walk today, and then complete the lower body workout below:

Friday

Cardio & Core

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio (jogging, stairs, biking, swimming, etc.) and then finish it off by doing your favorite core workout from your nutrition plan.

Saturday

Active Rest

Head outside today for a light jog, yoga, or enjoy a bike ride or hike. Do something that you love!

 

 

Sunday

Full Body

Get in this full body Endurance Burst Workout to start off your Sunday!
