Challenge of the Week

Add a handful of fruit or veggies to your breakfasts this week. If you have any smoothie or even a sweet potato cookie from the nutrition plan, then you are all set!

Head out for 20-30 minutes of your choice cardio or complete a HIIT workout from your nutrition plan or the list here.

Friday

Lower Body
