Your new week of free workouts and weekly challenge is below! Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!

Challenge of the Week

Try a new workout or activity this week. Whether it’s a workout from here, heading out to a class, or simply trying something like paddle boarding or biking, give something new a try.

Monday

Full Body

Happy Monday! Get in your favorite full body workout from the nutrition plan, or the one below:

Tuesday

Cardio & Core

Wake up and head out for a 15-20 minute walk or jog. Then complete the Ab HIIT workout below:

Bonus: Since today is David’s birthday, lets get in a little extra Fairburn by completing two rounds of the ab workout above!

Wednesday

Yoga

Head out to a yoga class or complete the flow from your nutrition plan.

Thursday

Cardio & Arms

Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio and then complete the All Around Arms workout from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? Try this upper body workout.

Friday

HIIT

Happy #FairburninFriday! Complete your new Tabata workout here!

Saturday

Active Rest

Head outside and enjoy your day!

Sunday

Yoga

Let’s change up the Sunday routine a bit! Instead of running (you of course still can), head out to a yoga class or complete one of the flows here or from your plan.
