Tuesday
Cardio & Core
Wake up and head out for a 15-20 minute walk or jog. Then complete the Ab HIIT workout below:
Bonus: Since today is David’s birthday, lets get in a little extra Fairburn by completing two rounds of the ab workout above!
Wednesday
Yoga
Head out to a yoga class or complete the flow from your nutrition plan.
Thursday
Cardio & Arms
Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio and then complete the All Around Arms workout from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? Try this upper body workout.
Friday
HIIT

Head outside and enjoy your day!
