Your new week of free workouts and weekly challenge is below! Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!
Challenge of the Week
Add one thing to your week that will help make the week and days positive! Whether it’s adding a morning walk, a few minutes of stretching before bed, making breakfast or coffee at home, shutting off your phone a few minutes earlier each day, or simply going out with a friend. We are going to try to get back to practicing 15-30 minutes of yin yoga before bed (you can even do this watching TV). We are also going to put together a yin yoga sequence for you soon!
