Get in the new full body workout from your nutrition plan, or the one below:

Tuesday

Cardio & Upper Body

Wake up and head out for a 20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, jog, bike, etc). Then get in your brand new upper body workout here.

Wednesday

Yoga & Core

Start your day off with three rounds of this core workout. Then stretch it out with this morning yoga flow.

Thursday

Cardio & Lower Body

Head our for 25 minutes of your choice cardio. Then stretch and foam roll it out.

Friday

Full Body

Happy #FairburninFriday! Start your weekend off with three rounds of the Upper Body Burn below, and then one round of the lower body workout!

Saturday

Active Rest

Your choice – walk, hike, yoga, swim – just have fun!

Sunday

Head out for a long run – you choose the distance!
