Your new week of free workouts and weekly challenge is below! Remember, you can rearrange days as needed to fit your schedule, and you can also follow along and sub in workouts from your nutrition plan. No matter what, have fun with it, move daily, and make it work for you!

Challenge of the Week

Last week we challenged you to make two recipes from your brand new Plant-Based Nutrition Plan HERE. This week, whip up a date night meal from the plan, like the Fondue, the taco bar, or maybe just some of the chocolate brownie bites for you and a loved one.

Monday

Next week is Labor Day, so let’s throw it back with this Labor Day HIIT workout!

Tuesday

Cardio & Upper Body

Wake up and head out for a 20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, jog, bike, etc). Then get in the upper body workout below:

Wednesday

Yoga

Head out to a yoga class or start your day with this morning yoga flow. Tonight, head out for a 15-30 minute walk.

Thursday

Full Body

A BRAND NEW HIIT workout will be posted first thing on fairburnitoff.com today!

P.S. – Today is Elyse’s 30th birthday. In honor of that, let’s do 30 reps of an exercise – squats, sit-ups, push-ups, or even burpees!

Lower Body
