Get in 3 rounds of the lower body workout below! In between each round, complete 30 seconds of jumping jacks.

Cardio & Upper Body

Get in three rounds of the upper body workout below, but with a twist! In between each round, complete 30 seconds of burpees!

Yoga

Active Rest

Head outside for a long walk or easy hike today.

Head out for a 3-5 mile! Whether you run fast, jog, walk and jog, or somewhere in between, you got this.
