Wake up and head out for a 20 minute jog. Then complete the upper body workout below:

Yoga

Head to a yoga class or try a one of these flows here.

Thursday

Cardio & Core

Head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete three rounds of the core workout below:

Lower Body

Active Rest

Head outside for your hike or walk!

Sunday

Sunday Runday

Head out for a jog today, and go for as long as you would like! Try and head out early so you can relax the rest of your day.
