Get in your favorite full body HIIT workout from your nutrition plan, or complete the Stair HIIT workout below (see full workout description here):
Cardio & Upper Body
Wake up and head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio. No matter what you choose, aim to get your heart rate up a bit (i.e. run/jog, fast walking, biking, swimming, etc). Then complete the upper body workout below:
Yoga & Stretch
Wake up and go for a walk this morning. Then head out to a yoga class or get in this gentle flow and stretch here.
Cardio & Core
Complete 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio (run, jog, walk, bike, stairs, etc) and then get in two rounds of the Ab HIIT workout below, OR your favorite core workout from your nutrition plan.
