Monday
HIIT
Get in the HIIT workout from your Fall Nutrition Plan! Not a member? Try one of the workouts from the list here.
Tuesday
Cardio & Core
Wake up and head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio. No matter what you choose, aim to get your heart rate up a bit (i.e. run/jog, fast walking, biking, swimming, etc). Then complete the upper body workout below:
Wednesday
Lower Body
Complete three rounds of the lower body workout below!
Thursday
Cardio & Abs
Wake up and get in two rounds of the workout below. Then head out for a morning or evening walk today.
Friday
Yoga & Stretch
Head out to a yoga class or complete a flow and stretching routine from the list here.
Saturday
Active Rest
Head out today and enjoy your favorite winter activity, or maybe just do something fun with a loved one. Enjoy your weekend (and maybe try the simple cocktail below):
Sunday
Sunday Runday
Head out for a run today. Whether it’s one mile or five, wake up and go for it!
