Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete the core workout below:
Cardio & Upper Body
Complete the upper body workout below. In between each round, complete 60 seconds of jumping jacks and 30 seconds of mountain climbers as an added bonus cardio burst!
Using at home weights or a gym, complete the full body workout below (full workout description here):
Head outside for a walk (maybe a snowshoe depending where you are) and enjoy your day!
