Monday
HIIT
Complete the full body HIIT workout below:
Tuesday
Cardio & Core
Complete 20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then complete the core workout below:
Wednesday
Yoga
Head out to a yoga class or use the yoga flow from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan? You can follow this morning flow here.
Thursday
Cardio & Upper Body
Complete the upper body workout below. In between each round, complete 60 seconds of jumping jacks and 30 seconds of mountain climbers as an added bonus cardio burst!
Friday
Full Body
Using at home weights or a gym, complete the full body workout below (full workout description here):
Saturday
Active Rest
Head outside for a walk (maybe a snowshoe depending where you are) and enjoy your day!
Sunday
Your choice!
