Complete 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio, and then go through three rounds of the core workout below:
Complete the lower body workout from your nutrition plan, or try the workout below:
Cardio & Upper Body
Complete three rounds of the upper body workout below. In between each round, complete 60 seconds of jumping jacks as a burst of cardio.
Happy Friday! Last week we did this quick endurance burst workout. We are doing it again today to continue building up our strength and stamina, and of course, cardiovascular health.
Head out to a gym or find a set of stairs in your home. Challenge yourself to go up and down for 20 minutes! You can play around with your speed, taking two steps, etc. If you have the nutrition plan, you can also do the stair burn workout.
Run & Yoga
Head out for a run – you choose the distance! Then try a new yoga class or stretch at home.
