Upper Body
Complete 3 rounds of the upper body workout below. In between each round, complete 60 seconds of jumping jacks and 30 seconds of mountain climbers.
Friday
Yoga
Happy Friday! Head out to a yoga class or complete the flow from your nutrition plan.
Saturday
Active Rest
Head out for a walk, do some yoga or stretching, or even go skiing or your favorite winter activity.
Sunday
Jog
Head out for a 2-3 mile jog today, and then stretch out.
