We hope you are all having a wonderful holiday season with family and friends, and remember, try to get in a run at some point today. When you get in a workout – even if it is a quick one – it sets you up for a day of success and just feeling good! Now onto your workout schedule for the week…

Monday

Bootcamp & Fairburn Mile Challenge

Complete the Bootcamp Rounds workout from your nutrition and fitness plan, and get in your mile at some point today (see details of the mile challenge here). Don’t have the plan? Complete a free HIIT workout here or sign up for a bootcamp class at your local gym!

Challenge: Drink water all day long! Aim to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces. For example, if you weight 150 pounds, you would drink 75 ounces of water.

Tuesday

Cardio, Arms, Core & Fairburn Mile Challenge

Go for a 30 minute jog and then complete the new arms and core workout below. Remember, your run can count towards your mile challenge, or you can go for a walk later on in the day or take the stairs wherever you go.

Wednesday

Lower Body, Yoga, & Fairburn Mile Challenge

Complete the Lower Body workout below or your favorite lower body workout from your nutrition and fitness plan. Then stretch it out with some gentle yoga and complete your Fairburn Mile Challenge throughout the day.

Challenge: Whip up one of these 3 easy meals for lunch tomorrow!

Thursday

Cardio, Abs, & Fairburn Mile Challenge

Complete 30 minutes of your choice cardio – running, jogging, swimming, biking, or stairs – and then complete three rounds of these core strengthening moves (video below). For your mile challenge, take the stairs everywhere you go today, or simply walk up and down your stairs several times.

Challenge: Complete a bonus workout tonight – 5 minute abs – and then relax for the evening.

Friday

Full Body & Fairburn Mile Challenge

Complete the Full Body Resistance Burn Workout here and your mile challenge.

Challenge: Meal prep at least one item tonight to ensure your success throughout the weekend and into next week. Use your meal prep guides from your plan, or simply throw together some overnight oats so that you have a breakfast ready to go in the morning (recipe here).

Saturday

Quick HIIT & Fairburn Mile Challenge 

Happy New Years Eve! Kick off your day with the at-home Snow Day Workout from your holiday guide, or complete this Quick On-The-Go Workout here. Then head out for a walk to complete your mile challenge.

Challenge: Stay safe and enjoy your evening! If you are heading out for drinks, make sure to keep water on you at all times to help you stay hydrated and feeling good!

Sunday

Sunday Runday!

Happy 2017!! Run as far and as long as you’d like today, or choose one of the road race trainings that we have here. There are also plenty of road races that happen today, so see if there is still space available in a road race near you!

Challenge: Set new goals, not resolutions, to help you stay on track this month. Every single month we want you to revisit your goals and change and add new ones to help you stay motivated. Read why it is imperative to actually write out your goals here.
