Bootcamp & Yoga

Complete Bootcamp Rounds from your nutrition plan. Don’t have the plan yet? We’ll be offering some Black Friday deals this week for those on our email newsletter, but in the meantime, you can choose from a free HIIT routine here.

End your day with some gentle yoga. The holidays can cause a lot of stress and chaos, but don’t let it get to you. Enjoy a gentle flow and unwind.



Cardio, Abs, & Stretch

Go for a 2 to 3 mile run/jog and then complete 2 rounds of the Ab HIIT Routine.

Challenge: Start prepping at least one or two of your Thanksgiving dishes today! This will help you to save time on Thursday. You can use the Sweet Potato Casserole recipe here, or any of the recipes from your Thanksgiving menu in your nutrition plan! Yes, we gave you a Thanksgiving menu to help your food taste just as delicious, but a lot less heavy!




Lower Body, Arms, & Foam Roll

Complete Ultimate Leg and Glute Burn and Upper Body Burn workouts. Then follow up your workouts with an afternoon walk and some evening foam rolling.

Challenge: If you have extra time this evening, try to complete just 5 minutes of meditation. That’s it! Give yourself 5 minutes to relax. You can use our meditation tips and how to here.



Turkey Trot!

Happy Thanksgiving! Go for a 3 to 5 mile run first thing this morning and then enjoy your day!
