HIIT

Tuesday
Cardio & Upper Body
Wake up and head out for 15-20 minutes of your choice cardio. No matter what you choose, aim to get your heart rate up a bit (i.e. run/jog, fast walking, biking, swimming, etc). Then complete the upper body workout below:
Wednesday
Yoga & Abs
Complete the Core Power Flow below:
Thursday
Cardio & Core
Head out for 20 minutes of your choice cardio (walk, jog, run, bike, swim, etc.) and then complete 3 rounds of the core workout below OR your favorite core workout from your nutrition plan.
Friday
Lower Body
Wake up and complete your favorite lower body workout from your nutrition plan, or this workout here.
Saturday
Holiday Hustle
Complete the brand new Holiday Hustle workout here! This workout was created to help you get in a quick sweat when you are on the go!
Sunday
Active Rest
Head out for a walk or do some yoga and stretch today. Have a great Sunday!
