Start your morning off with the Bootcamp Rounds workout in your nutrition plan, or complete the Body Weight HIIT Routine below:

Challenge: Whip up the new Pad Thai Noodle recipe tonight or plan to have this week for a quick, easy, and delicious dinner.


Cardio & Lower Body

Go for a 30 minute jog/run, and then complete the Creating Stems routine from your nutrition plan, or this Ultimate Leg & Glute Burn.

Challenge: Check back today for an inspiring transformation post, and then share a photo of something that you love about yourself and/or makes you happy. Use hashtags #FIOselflove, #FairburnitOff, and #FLY 


Arms & Abs

Complete the Arms & Abs routine below, and then follow it up with the Ab HIIT Routine.

Challenge: You are now more than halfway through the challenge, but even if you are just starting, take a moment tonight to write out another goal that you have for yourself this year, and how you can work to accomplish it. For inspiration. check out our own goals and ideas here.


Cardio & Full Body

Complete the new Full-Body Running HIIT Routine here.

Challenge: Try a new version of your Fairburn Fuel drink in your nutrition plan, or remind yourself to sip on some lemon water all day long.


Legs & Core

Start your #FairburninFriday off by doing the Lower Body with Ab Burn workout from your nutrition plan, OR complete 2 rounds of Lower Body Burn here and 3 rounds of 5 Minute Abs below:

Challenge: Going out tonight? Choose a healthier meal option and tag us with #fairburnitoff and #fairburninfriday! You can always have fun, go out to eat, and live a healthy lifestyle. It never has to be one or the other.


Active Rest

Complete this Gentle Morning Yoga Flow, and head out for a 30-60 minute walk. 

Challenge: Relax and enjoy a drink tonight from your plan, or from the cocktail recipes here.


Sunday Runday & Stretch

Run 4 miles today. Do not run for speed – just head out and enjoy the run.

Challenge: Last week we had you sign up for a 5k road race. If you have not done so yet, go for it now! Once you are done, comment below or send us a message at, and let us know some blog post topics you’d like to see. Any burning questions or things you’d like to know about, we will be sure to answer for you!
