Here is your schedule for the week:


20 minute walk or cardio of choice, followed by 5 minute Abs. If you are a member, you can add or swap in the Fairburnin’ Core workout too. 


Challenge: Plan a fun outing for this weekend so you have something fun to look forward too! Maybe go ice skating or just do something new and different! We are going to try and attend a Drink and Draw!


Stair Burn HIIT.

Follow up your workout with our Eggs over Avocado Toast breakfast!

Since it’s #transformationtuesday, share your journey with someone else. Whether it’s your spouse, significant other, friend, family member, etc., share your journey and maybe you will find a new accountability partner!


5 minute Legs and Glutes and foam roll. Members can add the Lower Body Burn workout too.

Today is #NationalSoupDay, so whip up a soup from our plan. We really love the Minestrone and Carrot Ginger Soups! Short on time? Toss all ingredients into a crockpot and let them simmer while you focus on other things.

It’s been a “warm” winter for us, so we have actually been able to go kayaking!

If you have never been spinning before, don’t be afraid! Or if you have a bike, go for a 30+ minute ride to change it up.
